The Norton and LifeLock Brands are part of NortonLifeLock Inc. And it would just get worse and worse and worse. But after about 3 days it would start acting stupid again. The only fix I found was to use Remove and Reinstall tool. If I clicked on the "X" to close the window, it would take several minutes to close the window. It would take almost 4-5 minutes usually for Norton's main interface to display.
